Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges

****Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of a custom order being placed.****

I gladly accept some returns and cancellations.
Just contact me within: 1 day of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase.

I don't accept exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged! 

* Preorders
* Custom or personalized orders
* Digital downloads
* Intimate items & hats (for health/hygiene/sanitary reasons)
* Items on sale/clearance(all sales are final)

* Any and ALL yarns ( handspun, hand dyed, etc) and fibers including but not limited to batts, rovings & etc.

 

 

 Returns and exchange details

*It is extremely important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If , for any reason you are not satisfied you may return it with 5 business days for a full refund(not including shipping costs).
*You must contact me before returning an item for authorization.
* Items can only returned in unused, unwashed & NEW condition!
* Shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for the shipping to return your desired item.
*Refund will not be granted until I have received your item.
*Make sure all returned items are packaged safely for their journey back to me.
Put your returned item in a box so they are not damaged. Returned items received in a damaged condition due to poor shipping will NOT receive a refund.
*Message me for return address.
*Customized orders(in any way such as color, size and material change) cannot be returned.

*If your package seems to be lost, please contact me or your local post office with your tracking number. You can see your tracking number on your receipt.
