Christmasuesses is one of my most festive holiday yarns. Spinning this yarn brought a huge smile to my face because Christmas is one of my favorite holidays! It took a bright lime green, smooth white, muted red and sparkly red thread make up this skein. Made with a silk/merino blend and nylon fibers joined in a two ply. The nylon gives feel of silk and the wool/silk blend has its own sprinkling of silver and white throughout the fiber. Christmasuesses is 1.0 ounces of joy and measures a dainty 31 yards. It is perfect for accenting a bolder color and can be a border or cast on edge or even fringe on a scarf. The possibilities are all in your imagination. Gentle hand washing in cold water with wool wash is advised to prevent felting.
